Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of the product returns cannot be accepted unless the order came damaged.
Please note: we cannot accept returns of personalised items, gift cards or parfum that show any amount of use or has broken seal.
RETURNS:
Within 14 days or receiving your purchase you should inform LIUR about your intent to return an item. Please use our email address or CONTACT US form on the website and include your order number.
Liur member of staff will provide you return instructions within 1 working day. You will have additional 14 days to return the order. Please note that you will be responsible for return costs and safe return of the items.
The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, with seal unbroken, including any gifts or samples.
We will refund full price paid (except additional cost of any express delivery option that was chosen) within 14 days.
Cancellations
Once your order is confirmed, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. As processing times can vary, we advise that we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled when requested. If this is the case, please see information above on how to return your order to obtain a full refund.
REFUNDS
Liur submits refund requests within 1 working day or receiving returned item. Then it may take from 20 minutes to 14 days for the moneys to arrive back (depending on your banking provider). We will refund to same payment method used by the customer initially unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We will not be able to provide full refund if the parfum shows any signs of use or has broken seal. In such circumstances we will notify you what reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange parfum to be returned to you within 14 days of our notification.
Your right to return goods does not apply to any orders that are: personalised, are used or has broken seal (due to health protection and hygiene reasons).
